Sound Meditation at Sanctuary Studio

On the anniversary of the arrival of Hurricane Helene, join us for a sacred sound immersion. With the intention of continuing to support processing of the experience a sonic tapestry crafted with layers of gong, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more woven to nourish and amplify the vibrational field of the group. We will move through differing sound textures with the intention of shifting conscious, balancing the nervous system and bring peace to our heart center. The meditation will be 75 minutes allowing time for reintegration.

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and eye pillow if you have them. Mats, blankets and eye coverings will be available.
