The Alchemy of Sound Healing @ The Smoky Mountain Yoga Fest

An introduction to the tools and techniques of working with sound healing instruments paired with yoga. The class will provide an opportunity for direct experience with gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments.

This class is great for yoga teachers, yoga students, and other healing arts practitioners, as well as anyone interested in learning more about using sound for their personal or professional practice.
