The Equinox Sound Healing Immersion is a two session deep dive into the concepts and experience of healing with sound.  The first session is a seminar-style exploration of historical and cultural roots of using sound for healing, foundational concepts, and the tools and techniques of healing with sound.  We will explore concepts such as brain waves, entrainment, the Autonomic nervous system, and physiological influences of sound on the body. Instruments used for sound healing that will be demonstrated include tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, and gongs among others.   

The seminar is great opportunity to learn more about sound and healing to support your own healing journey, explore the addition of sound healing tools into your professional practice and discover a pathway to become a professional sound healing facilitator.

Following the seminar is a sound bath meditation to align with the energies of the Autumn Equinox and to experience deeply the nourishment and healing that sound healing offers. The sound bath flows smoothly through the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, Himalayan bowls, handpan, and other instruments creating space for opening to new possibilities, releasing stress and experiencing deeply relaxing and healing states of mind and body. Held in an intimate container, woven layers of gongs, flutes, bowls, drums and more in an intuitive flow crafted to nourish and amplify the vibrational field of the group.
