The foundational knowledge, skills and techniques for working with 6 main instruments for sound healing. There will be detailed instruction and demos and opportunities for hands on experience! Throughout the weekend we will work closely with instruments and with each other to deepen our understand of sound and healing. The format will be an introduction to a concept or sound healing instrument followed by a demonstration of its practical use and break out groups for direct experience.
